Join us for a 2.5-hour interactive masterclass where you’ll learn the foundations behind perfectly poached eggs, silky hollandaise and beautifully cured fish. Designed for those who want to elevate their brunch game, this hands-on experience is equal parts learning, cooking and enjoying.
You’ll begin with a glass of Lucia Prosecco on arrival before moving into a guided exploration of classic brunch techniques — from mastering egg poaching to understanding emulsification and curing.
Throughout the session, you’ll work at your own station in small groups, with our chefs guiding you step by step. Once complete, sit down and enjoy your creations alongside a selection of pastries and sides in a relaxed dining setting.
